What you’ll find in the new reports
Energy performance indicators
This section provides clear and easy-to-read energy performance indicators to help you understand how your portfolio’s overall performance and consumption evolve over time, identify drifts, seasonality and changes in usage.
- 12-month rolling portfolio performance trend (kWh/m²/year)
- Consumption over the last month (or week), benchmarked:
- against the same period last year (when available),
- otherwise against the previous period
Note: Throughout the report, missing or partial data (e.g. recently deployed sites) is automatically extrapolated on a proportional basis to ensure consistent comparisons across sites. The detailed number of extrapolated days is available in the Dashboard.
TOP / FLOP sites table
This table displays the Top 5 and Bottom 5 sites, ranked based on the evolution of their energy consumption compared to the same period last year (when available, otherwise compared to the previous period).
It allows you to quickly identify:
- high-performing sites with improving energy consumption,
- sites where consumption has deteriorated and where corrective actions may be required.
Sorting by consumption or by performance is also available directly from the Dashboard.
Benchmark by site and by end-use
This chart highlights the 10 best-performing sites and the 10 most energy-intensive sites, measured in kWh/m²/year by end-use (HVAC, lighting, IT, etc.), helping you identify priority levers for action at scale.
Your alerts
A high-level summary of the alerts triggered during the period, including their quantified impact in kWh, along with a detailed view of the Top 5 alerts, helping you identify and prioritise the most energy-intensive drifts across your portfolio.
